Noor Din Ditta Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC is a leading name in the UAE automotive sector. We are looking for a meticulous HR & Administrator to manage our growing workforce and ensure seamless office operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service by managing human capital and administrative compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll & Compensation (WPS Focus)
  • WPS Compliance:Prepare and process monthly salaries via the Wage Protection System (WPS), ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time submission to avoid MOHRE fines.
  • Calculations:Manage overtime, deductions, bonuses, and commissions specifically for all staff.
  • Deductions:Handle statutory deductions and maintain records for medical insurance (DHA/MOHRE compliant).
  • End-of-Service:Calculate final settlements and gratuity (21/30 days basic pay formula) for departing employees.
  1. HR Operations & Labor Law
  • Visa Processing:Coordinate with the PRO to manage new visas, renewals, and cancellations for a diverse workforce.
  • Contract Management:Ensure all employment contracts are updated to the 2026 limited-term format and registered with MOHRE.

Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical personnel files, including passport copies, Emirates IDs, and labor cards.

  1. Office & Industry-Specific Administration
  • License Renewals:Manage the annual inspection and renewal of company business licenses and vehicle permits.
  • Attendance Tracking:Monitor daily attendance and leave for office, shop, workshop and warehouse staff.
  • Procurement Support:Assist in documenting purchase invoices and coordinating with spare parts suppliers as needed.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience:2–5 years of HR/Admin experience in the UAE, ideally within the Auto Spare Parts or trading industry.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel (for payroll reporting) and experience with HRMS or WPS portals.
  • Labor Law Knowledge:Strong understanding of the latest 2026 UAE Labor Law
  • Communication:Professional fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage given our multicultural team and client base.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary:AED 3,000 – AED 4,500 (dependent on experience and industry expertise).
  • Benefits:Standard benefits per UAE Law including medical insurance, annual leave, and air ticket.
